Mazzuca et al. 2013, “Establishing research strategies, methodologies and technologies to link genomics and proteomics to seagrass productivity, community metabolism, and ecosystem carbon fluxes”.

This paper describes work conducted during a seagrass workshop held in Corsica, France in 2011, as part of the COST Action “Seagrass productivity: from genes to ecosystem management”. Aquation fluorometers were used in conjunction with other field- and laboratory-based techniques to assess the functioning of the local Posidonia seagrass ecosystem across a depth range.
